Immigration/Family Law Associate Attorney Position

An immigration law firm in Dallas, TX is seeking an entry-level associate attorney interested in pursuing a career in immigration law and family law.
This position will involve working under the supervision of a family law attorney and alongside immigration attorneys.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in immigration court, state court, or before government agencies such as USCIS
- Actively manage and review caseloads of family and immigration cases
- Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
- Conduct research and gather case information and evidence
- Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations
Qualifications:
- Licensed as an attorney by the State of Texas
- No prior experience required: entry-level position
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish with excellent writing skills
