Immigration Law - Removal Attorney

Immigration law firm in Dallas, TX is searching for a removal defense associate attorney to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in immigration court, state court or before government agencies such as USCIS
- Actively review and manage caseload of affirmative and removal cases
- Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
- Conduct research and gather case information and evidence
- Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations
Qualifications:
- Must be licensed to practice law in any jurisdiction, Texas preferred
- Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in immigration law
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish and have excellent writing skills
