Carl Jabara
Jenna Carl Jabara is Board Certified in Immigration and Nationality Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Prior to joining the firm, Jenna served in various roles at Catholic Charities of Dallas, ultimately as Interim Director of Immigration Legal Services.
Jenna brings extensive experience in a wide range of immigration matters, including family-based immigration, refugee and asylee status adjustment, VAWA self-petitions, U Visa applications, Naturalization, Deferred Action, unaccompanied minors’ cases, and removal proceedings. She has spoken at numerous state, national, and local conferences on topics such as family-based immigration, immigration relief for crime victims, and issues impacting unaccompanied minors. Her expertise has been featured in publications like Al Día, The Dallas Morning News, and Politico, as well as on local NBC, Telemundo, ABC, CBS, and Univision affiliates.
Jenna is deeply committed to community service and advocacy. An active participant in both the Dallas Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), she is the past chair of the Dallas Bar Association Immigration Section, former co-chair of AILA Dallas, and currently co-liaison to the USCIS Dallas Field Office for the AILA Texas Chapter. She also serves as a member of the AILA National USCIS Operations Committee. Jenna was part of the 2014 Dallas Association of Young Lawyers Leadership Class and has been recognized as a “One to Watch.”
Jenna earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Spanish from Austin College in 2007, followed by a Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa in 2011.
